The new HQ of the 'Wye and Usk Foundation' was officially opened on 8 May 2017. The event was attended by Trustees, employees and guests of the Foundation including writer and director Owen Sheers, Town and County Councillors from both Powys and Herefordshire. The cutting of the ribbon to mark the opening of the new premises, was led by Owen Sheers, Elizabeth Passey, Chairman of the Trustees, Simon Evans CEO among others. Formerly an old Bank in the town the building has been brought back to life on the banks of one of the tributaries of the River Wye, and hopes to be a very active part of the Town.
